Cloverwood is an independent retirement community for people 62 plus who want an active lifestyle - along with the peace of mind that access to a continuum of care provides. This full-service senior living community in Pittsford, New York features 64 patio homes and 88 apartments for independent living.

Glenmere at Cloverwood is an assisted living program offering professionally directed support services, including individualized assistance with personal care needs, medication supervision and nurses on duty around the clock. Glenmere also offers a specialized memory care program. Located on the Cloverwood campus, Glenmere consists of 57 assisted living apartments, 16 of which are located in a memory care neighborhood.

Cloverwood and Glenmere enjoy a referral affiliation with the The Friendly Home, a 24-hour skilled nursing facility which includes a Transitional Care Center for short-term rehabilitation, and Linden Knoll, a senior living residence at 81 Linden Avenue adjoining The Friendly Home.
