Full Time Positions

Care Partner for Memory Care Community Glenmere at Cloverwood, an assisted living community is opening a new memory care community this fall and are seeking individuals to join our team as a Care Partner. This unique position will require qualified candidates to support and assist residents during activities, serve meals, provide companion support and supervision for residents throughtout the day as needed. A Care Partner will be experienced in caring for and interacting with senior population, particulary with individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Candidates will be self-motivated, self-directed and possess characteristics including compassion and patience when working with this distinctive population. 3-5 years Memory Care/Companion Support needed. LPN-Memory Care Community Glenmere, at Cloverwood, an assited living community is opening a new Memory Care Community this fall. The following shifts are available:Full-time, 37.5 hours which consist of 3-12 hour shifts per week-7:00am-7:00pm and 7:00pm-7:00am. Also, one 12 hour shift per week from 7:00am-7:00pm and one evening shift from 7:00pm-7:00am. Applicants must be energetic, compassionate, approachable and able to communicate effectively. Lifeguard Glenmere at Cloverwood has an opportunity for a part-time certified Lifeguard. This position pays $10 per hour and is approximately 4 hours per week and one weekend day.	Inquiry Form
Resident Care Manager Glenmere, an enriched care community within Cloverwood Senior Living, Inc. is seeking one Resident Care Manager for 24 hours per week for overnights.This includes two week days and every other weekend. Also, a Resident Care Manager for 7am-1pm, four days one week and three days the following week.This position provides various client-related services to meet the personal care needs and to promote comfort and independence to residents in their homes. Front Desk Receptionist
Glenmere at Cloverwood, a premier non-profit enriched care senior living community in the Town of Pittsford, has an opportunity for a professional and congenial per diem receptionist 8am-2pm every other weekend. Canidates must possess strong communication and customer relations skills, the ability to answer multiple phone lines and courteously greet and assist Glenmere's residents, family members, visitors and staff. Candidates must be literate in Microsoft Word and Excel and able to multi-task a variety of administrative tasks. Professional appearance is required.
