Cook
- Day/Evening.
37.5 hour/week. Flexible schedule; Sunday thru Thursday or Tuesday thru Saturday work week. Must be available 7am - 7pm. Weekend and holiday work are required as part of this position. Job opportunity for an experienced cook to add to our high quality, talented team.
Serve our residents cook to order breakfast as well as featured entrees and short order items for lunch and dinner from our state of the art kitchen. In addition to our day to day restaurant options, we host numerous marketing events requiring specialty menus. We are seeking a Cook to work under the supervision of our Chef to complete prep work, prepare food, cook food, and cleaning as assigned.
A cook with experience in hotel, country club or health care services required. Exceptional dining service experience required. Short order or banquet cooking experience preferred.

Work experience in an upscale restaurant desirable. General hours are 7:30am – 3:00pm or 4:00pm – 8:00pm for the Glenmere Dining Room.

Work as needed for the following shifts (to include holidays) - Days: 8am-4pm; Evenings: 4pm-8pm; Weekends: 8am-2pm or 2pm–8pm. Act as receptionist to receive, direct, and screen visitors while maintaining general surveillance of the reception area for safety and security. Ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer relation skills, the
ability to answer multiple phone lines, be courteous, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to multi-task a variety of administration tasks. Professional appearance is required.
